I am consulting a surgeon this Monday to weigh all my options for the next phase of treatment. Judi ’s Thoughts and Stuff. Laquo; busy week without hair! I was still able to work and am planning a wedding shower at work on Friday but if you see me walking funny, it is the numb feet. I am so happy-both of “my boys” are coming home for my next treatment! They arrive Thursday and are staying until Tuesday. With the holiday, I will be off most of those days. It has been a very long time since the three of us have been alone together. I am looking forward to it. Feed You can leave a response.

Judi ’s Thoughts and Stuff. Finally it is getting warmer. I had my 4th treatment Friday–half way through! Friends. Sunday I worked a Latino Health Fair put on by the Santa Maria Community Center. It was amazing. My life is still busy–something going on most evenings. I look forward to Diane and Eddie’s derby party next weekend. Judi ’s Thoughts and Stuff. Laquo; Update #4. I had a pretty bad weekend–the symptoms were immediate Friday night and lasted all weekend. I am glad this regimen is over–maybe the next one will be better. I still have the body aches today but not as bad as yesterday. I didn’t get off the couch much Saturday and Sunday-the weather is beautiful–I would like to get out in the yard this week. I spoke with the oncologist at length about my options–I had no problem having a mastectomy but he said with chemo, radiation, and Arimidex, the reoccurrance rate was single digit.
