No matter what supplements, or teas, or foods, even the. Great healing meetings I go to, I am at loss. Managing pain seems to be the order of the day. when I'm not in pain, I am clear headed and can focus on God, keeping my thoughts positive; and my faith is strong. I am thankful for being free of pain. Most of the time. There are moments when it gets a little rough. I’m definitely a “weenie” when it comes to any kind of discomfort. I have to be careful of what I eat. Sometimes the wrong foods are so desirable and that craving get the best of me. They are for everyone.

I must share the times I struggle with pain, fear and the moments of tears. I do this in my personal journal that I write to God everyday. But to make it public involves a lot of humility and the crushing of my pride. This is not about impressing people; it’s about me. I must be like David when he wrote the Psalms.
