World Sports Awards (WSA) is all about promoting martial arts sports by using a world record as the vehicle for media exposure and collective achievement. We plan to address many diferent styles of martial arts such as karate, taekwondo, mma,. First up is judo. WSA presents the "one active sports promotion" concept. One, because all martial arts will be represented. Sports, because it is all about martial arts as a sport.

Darr; Next Session. Raquo; Extra-large mass training. As we are progressing and working towards the big day in just over 1 year from now, we are planning an extra large mass training. This training will have no less than 200 participants from over 20 judo clubs. It will also be the final training held in West-Flanders. This XL mass training will be held on Saturday 9 Mai 2015 from 10:00 till 11:30 AM in a one-time XL dojo with a whopping 450 m2 of tatami. Don't miss out on this exceptional opportunity.

Darr; Next Session. Raquo; Session 2 goes multilingual. Session 2 goes multilingual. Session 2 of the WJA mass trainings again brought several dozens of judoka's together on the tatami. But this time there was an additional twist: we had our first french speaking visitors from Wallonia. The info sessions were held separately, but once on the mat, they all spoke the same language: judo. To see more pictures of the January session.

An attempt at the largest indoor judo training, with warming up, ne-waza and tachi-waza techniques. 1000 judoka's, from 100 Belgian clubs, in 10 different age/height categories (9 categories sensei) . Ages starting at 12 should be represented (ages may vary slightly) accompanied by their sensei. Saturday 27th August 2016. Promotion of martial arts sports.
