Use or illustrate the Golden Ratio in a photograph today. The fact that you can see my whole living room in that bulb was a nice surprise. I was concentrating on the Christmas tree bokeh. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. The daily shoot today is:. Make a photograph of something circular and crop it within a square frame". My collections of Sea Shells from my various vacations to Mexico. When I'm stressed I light the candle and enjoy the site. Reminds me of the beach. This is yesterdays photo. My "girls" just got their summer hair cuts. When I look at things, I see color, form, pattern, rhythm and repetitionand then I see objects. When you look at my paintings, you’ll see objects too; but consider the visual elements behind them. The textures, spatial relationships, rich colors, and quirky shapes are far more compelling to me than the objects they represent. I knew then I was hooked on photography but I really had no idea how much pleasure, excitement and sometimes frustration I would get from this amazing hobby! I find the almost endless variety of techniques available with both the camera and computer just so exciting that at times I so not know which way to go!
