In December of 2013, after finishing my last insurance course to achieve my certified employee benefits specialist designation, I sat around and thought Huh. What now? Whine and Cheese Bistro. When the wine meets the Lips and the cheese hits the Hips. Book 1: Asiago and The Accomplice. Just like Amalia in her Bistro, Im an avid fan of cheese and salami platters. Although theres many tips, or suggestions, that we can follow, my best tip is to simply put out those that you like. Chicha.yes she was real. My real life inspiration for Nora was also the real owner of Chicha the pig. Whine and Cheese Bistro. Black Raspberry (alcoholic beverage). 1 ounce Raspberry Vodka. 7 ounces cola (I use diet). Adjust all ingredients to your personal taste. If Im having a bad day, Ill use 2-3 ounces of vodka. Feta and Tomato spread. 1/3rd block or about 4 tablespoons of lowest sodium, good quality Feta, crumbled. 2 medium firm tomatoes, diced very small. 2 radishes, diced small-optional. 2 green onions, in thin slices, using both the white and green parts of the onion. Baguette of choice, sliced.
