Juliet's adventures in Japan
A few days | ジュースをお願いします
https://juiceinjapan.wordpress.com/2014/10/10/a-few-days
Juliet's adventures in Japan. October 10, 2014. Not much has been happening recently since I signed up for Japanese language classes. Here are some pictures from the past few days, most I took from the top of Kyoto tower on the night of the lunar eclipse. Unfortunately my phone camera isn’t that great. Good morning Tokyo | ジュースをお願いします

Juliet's adventures in Japan. September 19, 2014. Yesterday (I’ve switched to blogging when I wake up), I took the express train into Tokyo and found myself right next to the Pokemon Center. After that I went down stairs to 7-11 to find how cheap of a lunch I could get. And 290 yen ($2.90) bought me two onigiri and a juice box! It was quite filling too. Lastly I checked into the hostel and managed to stay awake long enough to not ruin my sleeping schedule. This entry was tagged Featured. You are commenti...

Juliet's adventures in Japan. September 22, 2014. Yesterday I just hopped on the train and went wherever. Wherever happened to be two of the strangest places for those who don’t know much about Japan’s pop culture? My first stop was Harajuku, the fashion and crepe hub of Tokyo. I got a strawberry cheesecake crepe as seen above. It was just as great as the name suggests but a bit hard to eat walking down the street. Didn’t have it in me to ask people for pictures, so no weird fashion here (sorry mom).

Juliet's adventures in Japan. September 20, 2014. It seems I’ve made a habit of waking up at 5AM. It’s not a bad thing, but I wish it was closer to 7AM. I spent a good 4 hours at the hostel yesterday morning. I went to another 7-11 and bought a melon pan and milk tea for about 250 yen. I ate it back at the hostel and read manga. Afterwards I went to the small shrine that was right next to the hostel; it was very cute. I’ll make sure not to overexert myself on this trip. The Nepal Festival happened to be ...

Juliet's adventures in Japan. September 16, 2014. This morning Caroline and I visited Mighty O Donuts. I wasn’t quite as hungry as I expected so two donuts were more than necessary, but they were delicious none the less. Rich and Mimi are taking us to an Ethiopian dinner. I’m pretty sure Santa Fe’s Jambo has Ethiopian influences but I’d in wrong this could be a new experience! This entry was tagged Featured. Seattle on a Sunday. Seattle for tourists →. ジュースをお願いします | Juliet's adventures in Japan
Juliet's adventures in Japan. Not much has been happening recently since I signed up for Japanese language classes. I did my best to get pictures without people which involved a surprising amount of patience and running around. I like pictures that give the illusion that no one else is there. It felt like I did a lot today even though I can assure you I did not. What I did do was take the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto, a beautiful, 2 and a half hour ride. Today I took the train from Tokyo to Kamakura.

This is a story of loyalty, courage, disaster, hope, strength, rescue, resurgence and lifelong friendship. The One Dollar Man. Reelin in the Early Years. In the ...
