My social circle is so small that i dun even know how to describe it.hmm.i guess it's even smaller den. lets say, donut! Seriously,im really proud of myself this time. Cos i really think im making an effort to change things. Thou body will ache each time after exercising. I think its worth it! The tiring part was running along the stretch of bridge opposite Fullerton.i almost gave up there.lol.all in all,i took 22mins to cover the whole 3K,without stopping.but this result sucks! Have to make improvement next time rd.so i guess thats my weekly running trip on Tues. Damni wonder how touch up will feel like.hope its not even more jia lat!

First vacation of 2011. One thing about going on vacation with my family is that, there's nothing i hate about it! Hanging out with my family always equates to warmth, love and LAUGHTERS.
