I spent the past weekend at the beach celebrating my roommate with a great group of girls. It was the most relaxing weekend. 1 View of the riverfront in Wilmington. Friday, April 22, 2011. Frozen Banana Split Recipe. Just made this yummy recipe for tonight. This is my mother-in-law, Sue's, recipe and she graciously shared it with me. It is delicious! Combine and press into a 13x9” pan:. 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers (To make this easier and cheaper, I bought pre-crushed crumbs). 188; cup sugar. 6 T melted margarine. Freeze crust for about 15 minutes. Spread ½ gallon vanilla ice cream over crust. (I get the rectangle sized box, fold. Slice 2 bananas over ice cream.

Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Blue Lights In My Rearview Mirror. This morning I was driving to school when I see something beautiful. The usual 55mph Speed Limit sign now said 65mph. It may not seem like much, but those 10mph feel very different. I sped up and was on my way to start the school day earlier than I thought I would.
