Spring rolls, peanut coliander dipping sauce, spicy prawn coconut soup.(we also made Padh Thai, Panang Curry, Stir fried chicken with cashew nuts and chilli, and bananas in coconut cream).And yes, this was an all day cooking class. Hard to the core when it comes to cooking.always have been, always will be. (I can't even boil pasta.). Ah, much cooler now. Rolling our spring rolls.
