Monday, August 18, 2008. I finished my first triatalon! I am so excited. I was hoping to complete it in under 3 hours and I finished in 2:33:30! We had gone the the park the day before to check out the transistion area and take team pictures. When I saw that lake and how far the buoys were apart I was feeling sick to my stomach. Faço chapinha toda sexta feira (pq já fica pra sexta, sábado e domingo). Meu cabelo é super seco, então não fica com aspecto feio em poucos dias. Isso já implica que na sexta dificulta minha AF de cada dia. Visto que meu horário de esteira é umas 18h, e a chapinha eu sempre faço sexta a tarde (já que a noite pretendo sair). Pronto, falei.
