Dum Dum Girls @ One Eyed Jacks Steve Hatley. CONCERT RECAP: Dum Dum Girls plus Devin and The Dropout @ One Eyed Jacks – 10/30/12. The crisp chill that came around the end of October served as a reminder that Halloween was just around the corner, and the Dum Dum Girls. Did their best to convey these same sentiments as they took to the stage in Nun costumes. One Eyed Jacks. May have suffered a post Voodoo Fest hangover as the crowd was less than stellar and even docile, respectful, but by no means energetic.
