It started as a job location in the summer of 2006 and is now a State of Mind. Friday, October 26, 2007. The continuing adventure of Kurt and Kulia as we redo bits of our kitchen. Part of this saga is getting our old galvanized pipes replaced with copper. (Don't worry, we are getting professional help with this portion of the show.) Just showered in our old shower with new pipes, new showerhead, new faucet handles, new water pressure. It's crazy awesome that you can turn on the water, then if you want a smidge more hot, you just turn the handle a smidge more and you get some more hot and even more pressure! I'm so happy. Aloha- E Komo Mai- HOWZIT! If you called it "Seven Sacred Pools" this site is for you. Sunday, March 04, 2007. Remember when Hawaiin Airlines flew into the Kamuela airport? That was the 70's baby! Well, Kamuela can be quite foggy and often planes were diverted to Kona because they couldn't land in the fog. (This picture is the polar opposite of a foggy day in Kamuela.). This picture from here.
