This was my 7th camp with CCD (3 sattihip and 4 Rainbow, as well as a CCD staff retreat and a RG staff retreat! After managing to get the girls all onto the bus and ready for 6:45am, we were off by 7am. A long squishy bus journey later we arrived at camp. There were plenty of spare volunteers around though to help out with our girls. I am in the navy blue t-shirt with an orange O, obviously mid count!

The adventures of a volunteer. Friday, 8 March 2013. Baby Mice, A big ship and Elmer day. This week has been rather out of routine! Monday and Tuesday were cleaning days, these were deep clean sorting cleaning days. We have suspected that we had mice for a while after setting traps, blocking all the holes with Iron wool, we still were finding mouse poo. So we decided to sort the whole centre and get them out! I have been a little sick this last week, i started with impetigo, got a pretty bad cold and fever which kept me in bed for 2 days, managed to spend monday morning at work before getting kidney stones in the afternoon, ending the week with a lovely tummy bug! The adventures of a volunteer. Friday, 30 August 2013. I can't believe it will be september next week! Where is the year going! Life has been very hectic the past couple of months, we have been very busy at RG, and I have had my friend Charlotte here and someone else but if im not good enough to get a mention on his blog he is not getting one on mine :p. The girls are making their own Toothbrush holders, they each have their own toothbrush. Groups and IEP board. 8-9:00- Pick up yellow ward students.
