The Easter Eggstravaganzer Trail series is held annually over the Easter bank holiday weekend. We host an annual Trail Race over the Easter Weekend. There are four races hosted by ourselves at Little Baddow, Mid Essex Casuals, Grange Farm and Dunmow Runners, and Springfield Striders. Triathlon | Little Baddow Ridge Runners

Although we do not officially compete in any Triathlon events as a club, many of our members participate in them on an individual basis. We host an annual club mini triathlon at TriFarm in Boreham. There are plenty of triathlon enthusiasts at the club if you are also into your swimming and cycling with many members competing in triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon over the course of the year. We are lucky to be just down the road from Trifarm in Boreham which has a designated swimming lake.

A few of the routes that we run. A Sunday morning run looping through some of the various bits of woodland around the area. Our Tuesday evening runs during the winter are a set loop (approximately 10k). Down Spring Elms lane then back up North Hill! A slightly longer version of the Tuesday night road course. Up toward Eves corner in Danbury then back past the Anchor pub.

Mid Essex Cross Country League | Little Baddow Ridge Runners

The club competes annually in the Mid-Essex X-country league which is contested between a number of other local clubs. We participate in the Mid Essex X-country league during the Winter. Entry is free for club members and all members are welcome to take part regardless of ability. Races are usually scheduled between October and March with each club taking it in turn to host their home fixure. Points are allocated based on the top 7 male finishers and the top 4 female finishers. League table 2015/16- Men.
