My life as a wife and a mommy. Couldn't ask for anything better! Thursday, March 13, 2014. My sweet baby #3. I'm sitting in Starbucks with a very rare, hour to myself. Pete got home late from work and said I could go out and do whatever I wanted then pick Keira up from Cubbies. I've got about 45 minutes and I've been wanting to update my blog with my sweet little Karsyn's birth story so I don't forget it! My little sugar pie (what I've somehow knick named her? Is just beyond amazing! Pile up with Papa.

Not to mention the beauty of the mountains that are everywhere! There have been times I'm just driving and have to snap myself back into driving mode because I'm just in awe of the scenery. Seriously. So beautiful. How did I get lucky enough to live here? So thankful for that! If it's elevated, he wants on top of it. I have to watch him constantly!

This week has been busy with projects, work, life, Christmas.You know, the usual! As I was washing the dishes I was thinking about this tonight. Friday, July 29, 2011. Grandpa and Grammy time. It was fantastic. Of course our visits and time together are always short. I hate that Taft changes so much between when they get to see him. Monday, August 6, 2012. Recently Stephen has started competing in mountain biking races. His first one was in July up in Green Bay and this past weekend we attended his second one here in Illinois. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. First day of "School". Today was Taft's first day at "school" That is what we are calling it but it is actually a Mother's Day out program at a local church here in Geneva. I heard about it from some friends in the area and also my next door neighbor who works there. I wasn't sure how he would do because he is pretty shy and has not been around that many kids all at one time.but he did GREAT! Working on our "cheeeeese" He still doesn't smile : ) Showing off his new lunch box!

Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Taft turned 7 months at the end of July. July 31st to be exact. I feel like time is flying! Everyone tells you that you blink and your kids are all grown up and I am starting to believe them. I feel like I don't always notice how much Taft is changing till I take these pictures and look at them. He is getting so big! At his 6.5 month appointment he weighed 19.3 lbs and was 27 in long.WHAT? Look at that stinker! I hardly had time to snap the picture before. Can't go wrong there.
