They're from the same recipe as the Toasted Coconut Marshmallows. 1 cup water, divided. 3 Tbsp. 1 1/2 tsp. unflavored powdered gelatin (3 envelopes – envelope is 1/4 oz. each, for 3/4 oz. total). 2 cups granulated white sugar. 1/2 cup light corn syrup. 1/2 tsp. fine salt. 2 Tbsp. pure vanilla or vanilla bean paste -. I might cut this down a little bit, maybe 1.5 Tbsp, if eating them plain. 3/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 cup corn starch. I did this and found it extremely helpful!
