New Bathroom - Before and After. The old bathroom was dated. The tile was worst part of the room. The layout was not changed but all of the fixtures and finishes were. I was also the general contractor for the job coordinating all of the trade people from start to finish. Click on the photos to enlarge them. Kitchen Addition to an Antique Lake House. This is the where the kitchen addition will be built. This is the small addition to expand the kitchen. The vintage base cabinets were not user friendly.
