60 day healthy lifestyle challenge. March 13, 2013. Today was a stressful day. School has become overwhelming and im actually concerned my grades will keep slipping. I ate a lovely medley of spicy thai veggies and beets for dinner. I also added non fat ranch sauce for a drizzle. It was actually so good! 60 day healthy lifestyle challenge. March 8, 2013. As today was the first day of my 60 day challenge, I have to admit it wasnt the smoothest transition. I was running late for class and did not have time to prepare myself a healthy breakfast. Instead of going through a drive through on my way to school, I simply decided to skip breakfast instead. 60 day healthy lifestyle challenge. March 12, 2013. Today I started my day with a delicious egg with onions, 1/4 an avocado, fresh tomatoes, and hot sauce. It’s one of my favourite things to eat! I switch it up by having the egg scrambled some days, or baked in the oven using a non stick casserole dish. One of my other favourite things to make is brussels sprout chips! I love fall, it's such a pretty time of the year and I couldn't resist taking pictures of the trees in front of my house as they changed colours :). Monday, November 12, 2007.
