Jewitt’s piece on mulitmodalities made me really think about how I am trying to approach different subjects in my classroom. My students are constantly texting, chatting, blogging, emailing, playing Wii. Why not try to incorporate this into my classroom? The question is, how do I do that exactly? The education system puts us in a box, preventing certain types of media to be used.
