I try my hardest to eat my 5 fruits and veggies a day but broccoli has NEVER been something I can stomach. It’s amazing how if you puree a vegetable and add some heavy cream how yummy it becomes! Hopefully if you try this recipe you enjoy it as much as I did. And heck, cream of broccoli soups counts towards your 5 a day right?
