Thursday, September 10, 2009. We had a great labor day weekend filled with swimming, grilling, playing (and working) outside, and visiting with family! I do not think the kids have ever been happier or dirtier for that matter than they were to have 3 uninterrupted. Days of outdoor time. I also had to remind D that when three children are covered in pine needles, mulch, dirt, sand and Lord only knows what else they must be pre-washed. Before they come in to the tub. Pre-washed. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Well I am back to blogging! I know it has been some time but I am determined to pick up keeping this blog up to date for all the grandparents that like to check in:). We had an interesting summer of sorts, to say the least. It started out on a with a girls trip to a friends lake house. It was amazing! A weekend away with no responsibilities with a group of ladies I have become so fond of this year. We ate, visited, played on the lake, and laughed a lot. I Joined - Have you?

Sunday, May 16, 2010. Summer has pretty much arrived and the kids and I are loving it! They have been outdoors just about non stop playing in the sprinkler, enjoying the playground and getting dirty in the sandbox. Note our first family pet, Nemo. Went to fish heaven Saturday. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Life just doesn't always go as planned does it? Let me warn you that I am extremely self absorbed right now and just really sad. Something such as this probably shouldn't warrant this response but as of right now that is all I've got. Through getting the house back on the active market today and David and decided to reduce it a significant amount to try and garner interest.
