First Grade Delight: I hate being late! Slice of Life
http://firstgradedelight.blogspot.com/2014/03/i-hate-being-late-slice-of-life.html
March 26, 2014. I hate being late! Yesterday I looked up at my clock and realized I had 5 minutes to get to orchestra rehearsal. Yikes! My zip speed took over and I immediately grabbed everything I needed and headed out the door. I knew I am going to be cutting it close… but I was pretty confident I would be able get there in time. About a mile down the road I had this sinking feeling that I didn’t have everything I needed. Where was my music notebook? Did I pick it up? I didn’t see it anywhere. But yet ...

Through my eyes: I AM Right!!

Saturday, March 22, 2014. HE thinks HE knows what HE is talking about. Little does HE know, HE IS wrong! Have you ever had a conversation, knowing you are absolutely right? I am not the person who will argue in most occasions, but if I do I generally know I am right. This is when I grab the iPad for Google. (I love Google, when it proves me right). You would think after fourteen years, HE would know. March 22, 2014 at 2:40 PM. March 22, 2014 at 3:06 PM. March 22, 2014 at 3:40 PM. March 24, 2014 at 6:56 PM.

First Grade Delight: Maybe I'll Have Time Tomorrow - Slice of Life
http://firstgradedelight.blogspot.com/2014/03/maybe-ill-just-wait-until-tomorrow.html
March 31, 2014. Maybe I'll Have Time Tomorrow - Slice of Life. I need to do several loads of laundry. But I think I have the essential clothing needed for another day. 8230;maybe I’ll wash them tomorrow. I need to load the stack of dirty dishes into my dishwasher. However, there are still plenty of dishes in the cabinet. 8230;maybe I’ll do them tomorrow. I need to practice a difficult piece of music for our next performance. We don’t perform again for another month. Want to do them tomorrow. Subscribe to...

Live Love. Laugh. March 24, 2014. I had forgotten the feeling of the sun on my face. I used to work for an airline. I wouldn’t go a month in the winter, without a quick couple of days to Florida visiting family, sitting on the beach, getting a quick burn that turned tan. I always loved that first day, the first kiss of the sun. I had forgotten the feeling of the sun on my face. 5 thoughts on “ Forgotten. March 24, 2014 at 9:42 am. March 24, 2014 at 10:02 am. Live Love. Laugh. Love at First Sight →. March 30, 2014. Last night was the final evening visiting family in Florida. The weather was terrible, but the company was great! We reminisced the whole evening, and laughed more than most of us had in a long time. One story, especially, had us in stitches. I’m not sure, but that might have been our last family camping trip. Not funny then, hysterical on Friday night. Love at First Sight →. 4 thoughts on “ Family Camping. March 30, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Sometimes thos...

A Slice of Life. She Can Do It. April 9, 2013. My Own Slice of Life on I Can Do It. I’ve tried showing her that I can’t reach it, her dad can’t reach it, if I stand on a chair I can’t reach it, when I stand on a step stool I can’t reach it but she is convinced that if she just stands on the chair long enough she will be able to reach the balloon. My husband is ready to start throwing darts. I’m a little tired of this balloon situation too. But that face! I can do it. That voice! How Does It End? Beautifu...

My heart is happiest when i travel. read. write. connect. A Little About Me. Where I’ve Wandered. Less than a week to go! Shangers has been good to me (most of the time), and I’m forever grateful for this experience. The people I’ve met, experience I’ve gained, and places I’ve traveled during my time here have helped shape who I am, so for better or worse, Shangers will always be in my heart. Hands | Get Around To It Soon
https://getroundtoit.wordpress.com/2013/04/23/hands
Nature walk in Cypress Slough. Get Around To It Soon. This WordPress.com site is the cat’s pajamas. April 23, 2013. One pair of hands works a garden. Pitchfork Slung into the earth. Turn over the soil. One pair of hands pulls out the rocks. Tosses them into the barrow. One pair of hands digs the small valley. And places the tiny seeds one by one. Covering them gently with warm, black dirt. Patting them in, tamping them down. One pair of hands works a garden. Pulling out the weeds. The hands work together.
