Our goal is to raise enough money to repair the roof over our print shop. And mechanical shop. The print shop is essential to our financial stability. We were founded in April, 1952 by the Comboni Missionaries. Father Zelindo Marigo placed the first stone of what was then known as The Tepeyac and Carpinteria San Jose Orphanage. In November, 1954 Father Carlos Tocin began the building which was completed in 1962. In 1964 he also established a second location for infants and children under six.
