Adjustment of Officers’ Duties. RE: race coordinators, it was suggested that Judy would be willing to help out with some leadership; Jody may want to help out as well. Santa Cruz Rowing Club. Proposed Race Reservations Procedure for 2004. Due to the increasing popularity of racing, we need to develop a fair way for people to reserve boats for races, especially doubles. Here is what is proposed:. 1) choose a deadline for reserving boats for each race. 2) rank the applicants based on the following factors:. Type of membership (unlimited, 20 launches, 10 launches, member but non-renter, with unlimited members ranking the highest). Comments are welcome from all members.
