I usually became overwhelmed when we looked at puppies or dogs and just wanted to bag the whole idea. But after seeing the cavachon puppies and talking with the breeder, I felt excited and peaceful. I even started to cry because I was surprised by how I felt! We've all saved up money, purchased supplies, and counted down the days. We're counting down 6 more weeks till we can bring our sweet puppy home!

But I HAVE been keeping track of the funny things my kids say - and I like to write them on here so I won't forget! Kasidee wanted to save something she was eating so she asked me if I could put some "see-through paper" over her bowl. The girls were describing doing something and Makenna said, "I know - I can imagine it. I just did that thing in my mind!

I told her no, that one is plenty. She said that 2 puppies would be too much money. Then she said, "If one dog is $2,000 [which is not even close to how much I would pay for a puppy!
