So after a nap and sitting in front of a fan for a long time to cool off, it was time to head back to the wedding for the evening festivities. Still looking lovely after a long day, the bride and groom in new outfits were there to greet and take more photos. Erwin's family immediately invited me to come sit in their hut with them for tea and sweets! I was invited to stand in on the family photo.

So after Java, I decided to go back to my favourite place one more time, while I was in the neighbourhood, before heading to the beaches on my way home. Sumatran White-Handed Gibbon - Gunung Leuser National Park. Mom and baby White-handed Gibbon. Hard to get pictures of these guys, I have lots of picture of monkey bums, but hard to get the photo just right, between the branches and them jumping around so fast.

For the first time in many years, i dipped my feet in the Atlantic Ocean, only this time, it was the WARM tropical Atlantic, instead of the cold north Atlantic. The entire trip took us 7 hours from our door in El Remate to Hotel Flamingo in Livingston. The first thing i did was to head out to the beach and walk into the ocean! It makes me happy to see it.
