One of the things I am very thankful for is that we live in a place where we can get so many fresh fruits and vegetables – local, organic and delicious! This is what a typical lunch looks like for me. It includes a piece of bread, half hummus and half chimichurri, fresh avocado, and a smoothie. This is the Papaya Tree in our Yard. Yummy Bread from Bakers Dozen!
