Artisan Bread in Five Minites a Day. 不用揉、不用等發酵一整天、冰一桶14天內可以隨時取用、還可以理直氣壯的連放麵團的桶子都不用洗! 更讚的是，這桶麵團可以做出許許多多變化：不用揉歐式麵包、中東口袋餅pita、印度烤餅nan、義大利pizza餅皮、棍子麵包、小餐包…，一定要趕緊去買個夠大的桶子來冰的啊! 首先，你要有個夠大的有蓋卻又不能密封(不能像locklock那樣的airtight，用locklock亦可，但不要鎖上扣環)的容器來裝麵團，所有材料混合，常溫發酵二小時後會膨脹成3倍大，我自己買的是 五公升 的方盒子(沒買圓桶是因為考量方盒子在冰箱裡較好堆疊，方變空間利用)，如果你要用以下配方份量，那麼 五公升 是完全剛好，發酵完剛好頂到蓋子，為了方便將來要和進一點老麵團，最好能買到5.5或6公升較保險。 4 溫水(略高於體溫，不燙手) 720g. 3 杯溫水（稍微高過體溫即可）. 1 ½ 大匙 乾酵母. 1 ½ 大匙 鹽. 2 麵粉、塩、酵母混合均勻，慢慢加入水，以刮刀或手攪拌均勻成麵糊(水需完全融入麵糊中). 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). Shanghai World Expo Park is going on trial operation from 20 to 25 April. The Shanghai Expo building is simply amazing. Understand that designer used this design before, but it is the first time that I’ve seen.It is a winning design from TV submissions. Expo 2010 Shanghai China,you never cease to amaze me.
