Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Took Tuesday off and had a great day hanging out at home. Pulled out every single item of Ken's clothes, had him try on each one, sorted into keep, mend, or pack away. It was a really fun project! He's lost weight so he has a grand total of 4 dress shirts. And only 1 pair of jeans. That fit right now. Sunday, July 24, 2011. I finished the beloved Roman Shade! It's up in our bedroom and I love it. Replied to half the emails I really needed to. Still a few more to go. I've been suspicious that the temperature of our oven is off from what the dial says so we finally tested it out with a thermometer. Turns out, our oven is 50 DEGREES OFF! That is hugely material. Worked til 10pm every day. Ken has been studying and teaching late so there isn't much incentive to get home early. White House Tour on Friday!
