The pumpkins were hunted and carved (and since rotted.adding to the general spookiness of it all), the decorations were handmade by the girls, the costumes were purchased and the make up was practiced. Since Jason couldn't take a week off from work we needed someone to come in and watch the girls (and feed and water Jason). So we called in a couple of experts. Kathy and Jamie were on the job! Edward and Deborah Bowen having 35 plus years ceramics experience moved to Bend, Oregon and began their Juniper Hill Ceramics business in 2005. They use a variety of forming techniques to create each piece of pottery. The potter’s wheel, slabroller and clay extruder are all used to create the desired forms plus a myriad of impressions to embellish the clay surface creating unique textures.
