The basic rules are on the front page. Here is a more detailed set of rules for the creative among us:. The intent here is not to limit creativity but to keep the field generally competitive and most of all - SAFE! If you have an idea that you think may be borderline please ask me. If you show up with something illegal, your times won’t count and if it isn’t safe you won’t be allowed to race at all! Here are some links to sites that may be helpful / interesting. Good place for bushings, bearings, shafts, wheels, and shipping is actually really cheap. It is easy to set up for a personal account. You can get a really cheap drill, angle grinder, or saw here. If you haven't been there, you have to see it. The Track

Here is an idea of what the track will look like. The track will be 20' long and then have about 10' of track to slow down and then a padded stop. The sides of the track can only be used for guiding your racer down the track. You will need to leave a 1'-2' length of power chord (male plug) hanging out the back of your racer. There will be an extension cord to power your racer running from the starting line that will reach to the end of the track. You will drag the cord with you. How Fast Can You Go?
