何か言いたいこととかあっても、その時は言葉が見つからなくて、上手く伝えることが難しいし。 いや、そんな話しをしたいのではなくて、スタジオの模様替えをしているんです。 12畳ほどのスタジオは織り機と整経台とデスク。それに細々とした道具や材料が散らばっていて。常々どうにかしたいとは思っていたのです。 ９月はやる気が迸る。立場は人を作る。空間だけでなく。環境って大切ですから。 There is not so much time before the next exhibition. ここ何年か母校の夏のスクーリングで講師やっている。ほんの数日間ではあるけれど大学でお仕事をしてくると、自分の中で変化が起こる。今年感じたのは、「展覧会やコンペの作品を作るだけがクリエイションではない。」という事。 日常の中でいくらだって創造性を発揮出来るところは潜んでいる。なのに、日常の忙しさを言訳に置き去りにしてきていることを反省させられた。 大学への道すがら、玉川上水沿いを歩いたのは久しぶりで目にする木々や、街並が懐かしく感じられました。もう十数年前に授業に遅れそうで必死で走ったり、おちばのつくる自然の色に感動しながら通ったのは良い思い出だ。 投稿者 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE. この画像だとサイズが伝わらないですが、かなり小ぶりです。コサージュもついて可愛くは仕上がったんですが、「もう少し大きくないと使いづらいな。」と、１つ仕上がると見えてくることも多々あります。 12300;9月中に、また新作をアップします！」と、ここで自分にプレッシャーをかけることにします。 投稿者 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE. 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE.

3月にGallery・Sinで展示販売していたピンバッチ" blomma "の再注文を受けたんです。 Today I have a nice news. I got an order to make more pins which are made of the news paper. During getting hotter and hotter everyday, I started making them. Itomaki Kokeshi is also wearing newspaper yearn on my worktable, and it looks so fashionable. 12300;魅惑のコスチューム：バレエ・リュス展」。 娘がバレエを習ってはや2年。生のバレエも何度か見に行きましたが、バレエ衣装の展覧会は初めてでした。 歴史的なことや、有名なダンサーやアーティスト、作曲家のこと等、まだまだ分からないことばかりの娘にとって、衣装自体が魅力的でなければ楽しむのは難しかったと思いますが、「これが着たい！」「このお話を知りたい！」「ステキ！」等々。ポジティブな感想をたくさん聞かせてくれました。 バレエの知識が皆無な私ではありますが、西洋美術の歴史に名を残す、ピカソ、キリコ、マティス、コクトー、ローランサン、ブラックにシャネル等の、当時のアーティスト、デザイナー達がこのバレエ団に携わっていたことを知り、その作品を楽しく拝見致しました。 個人的にはジョルジョ・デ・キリコのデザインした衣装の数々には視線を奪われました。 12300;魅惑のコスチューム：バレエ・リュス展」. 投稿者 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE. 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE.

スウェーデンでお世話になった織りの先生、Amicaが日本に遊びに来ていました。スウェーデン大使館で行なわれている展覧会、 PLENITUDE. にKonstfackの講師Eva Lagnertや卒業生が多数参加しているので、それにあわせて東京に遊びに来ていました。久しぶりにファイバーアートに触れ、むず痒い気分になったのは、手仕事から離れている自分に対する不満からだったのかもしれません。 やっと会えたAmicaとは新宿で一緒に食事をし、思い出話や子供の話しで盛り上がり、楽しい時間はあっという間でした。そんな中、Amicaが私に聞いたんです。"織っているの？"と。私は、"うん。織るよ。次の展覧会には織るんだ。"と自分に約束する様な形で答えたのでした。 My Swedish weaving teacher came to Tokyo to see an exhibition PLENITUDE. At Embassy of Sweden. I visited there too, and envy their handwork. I think the answer is a promise by myself.

今年もGallery•Sinさんにて開催の 東日本大震災4年　チャリティーアートイベント＆作品展. に参加しております。大学の同級生であり、ギャラリーオーナーの米澤さん。いつも私を引っ張ってくれるその元気に感謝。私もこの展覧会を通して励まされている一人です。 今年は手織りの布でトートバックを制作しました。タイトルは茶色い方がchoklad（チョコレート） と白い方がsockervadd（綿あめ）です。このサイズ、私にとってはとても使い易いんでsockervaddの方は自ら使いたいほどです、、、。４個しか作らなかった自分が悪いのです。はたして我が家に帰ってくるのか、、、。帰って来て欲しい様な、来て欲しくないような。複雑な心境のまま、会場へと送り出しました。 作り終わってしまうと、なんだか空っぽな私。次は何しようかな。 投稿者 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE. 若鍋 祐子　YUKO WAKANABE.

これからちょこちょこ仙台のチャリティー展で販売する作品を紹介していきたいと思います。まずは、上画像のピンバッチです。 このピンバッチ、被災地の今を記事とした新聞に紙縒りをかけ、麻糸に織り込んで作られています。 大きさは手のひらほどです。マフラーのアクセントにつけたり。鞄につけて持ち歩いて欲しいです。そうして、東日本大震災を思い出すきっかけになったらいいなぁ、と思っています。 購入を希望される方はご連絡ください。１つ500円で販売致します。金額の半分は来年3月の展覧会終了後、宮城県庁子育て支援課「東日本大震災みやぎこども育英募金」へ寄付することになります。 The size is about a palm.
