I saw these super cute garlands on Patty's blog "coloredsprinkles.blogspot.com" and loved them right away. I decided they would look really cute in Ruby's room. I basically cut lots of circles from scrap book paper then sewed them back to back so the pattern side was facing out on each one. I think they are so cute and festive and fun to make!
