Just a Big Family. Monday, March 17, 2014. I know I am a few days late (Shabbat was the actual date of the holiday) but Jerusalem is still celebrating. Matter-of-fact, I hear fireworks as I am typing. Not together of course. The city at night. Eilat with the mountains of Jordan behind. A huge raincloud that poured a tropical downpour on our car. It was truly surreal to be in Jerusalem, on the eve of Purim, and celebrating the Shabbat dinner. What an amazing thing. Our Shabbat was a truly relaxing day....
