Well, tonight’s dinner makes me miss all my daughter and son’s friends in Powhatan, Virginia. So, in honor of you guys, I made a country dinner tonight…actually by suggestion of my husband! Country Fried Pork Chops. 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs. Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. 1 cup of milk. 1/4 inch thick pork chops (about 12). And fry for 3 more. Drain.
