I’m settling into the new schedule of running, which includes speed work, recovery runs, and long (slow) runs. Heart rate is a factor in all of them, and I continue to see improvement. And whisked him away on a surprise romantic getaway. This place was the very first place we went to, and we ended up going back twice once for a drink/snack and again for another lunch because they were just that good.
