Friday, April 6, 2012. Hawaiian Barbeque Chicken for the crockpot. I'm making this as we speak for dinner tonight and I just want to eat it up now because it smells so good! Just 3 ingredients for today! 1 bottle of barbeque sauce. 1 can of pinapple chunks. Spray your crockpot with nonstick spray then place the chicken in. Add the other to ingredients and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Or until chicken is easily shredded. Serve over rice! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, June 18, 2012. Long time no see! Well, today I decided that I was in the mood to cook something extra yummy and guess what! It's called Crunchwrap Taco Supreme. It's similar to taco bells, but healthy and it made my mouth water the whole time I was making it! Well here's the recipe! Flour Tortillas (Equal number of large and small). 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. Shredded cheese (whatever flavor you like or in my case, kind that I had in the fridge). Sour Cream (opt.).

Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Man I'm just in a cooking mood today! For dinner tonight I decided to make something using stew meat and I found this recipe. So let me know what you guys think of it and if you tried it! 2 lb of stew meat. 1 onion - chopped. 2 (15oz) can diced tomatoes (I used Italian Style). 2 (15oz) can pinto beans (I used Kidney beans since I didn't have Pinto). 1 1/2 Tb chili powder. 1 1/2 tsp cumin. 1 1/2 tsp oregano. Shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. The mixture of seasonings.
