And so you know...: Shameless
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2013/01/shameless.html
And so you know. Well, folks, you know how it goes. Intentions start off real well and then they all lead to Rome - or something like that. I can't remember the saying at all. I can't believe that time has gone by so quickly since I've last posted on our family blog. It is already the end of January and I don't even know how to catch up on all that has happened in our family. I think the best way is to just pick up from here and I'll include flashback posts every couple days. It has been the best thing (...

And so you know. The Menfolk's Great Adventure. Here are some shots from their exciting journey:. These are obviously just a few of my favorites. It looks like they had so much fun. Blythe and I were thrilled to have them home - one day early! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Jonathan, Cristina, Ethan and Blythe. See Where I Click. Kitchen Trial and Error. And so you know...: Arizona
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2012/08/arizona.html
And so you know. Jonathan, Blythe and I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona in July. Why July? It's a very long story and not really pertinent to our vacation. Needless to say, it was quite hot and a long journey. Also, never travel Frontier Airlines. However, we did have a fantastic time. We missed Ethan like crazy, but he had an even better time than we did because he was attending Makers' Camp at Thanksgiving Point that week. Everybody had fun wherever they were. This was a really great trip. Blythe had ...

And so you know...: while the cats were away, the mouse did play...
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2012/08/while-cats-were-away-mouse-did-play.html
And so you know. While the cats were away, the mouse did play. On a whim, Ethan decided to compete for a scholarship held by Thanksgiving Point for its Makers' Camp. Makers' Camp is for kids who want to be inspired to "Make" the future. So while we were at Disneyland, Ethan wrote a five paragraph essay with no help from us and we emailed it off for him. We hadn't heard anything from Thanksgiving Point and so we decided to plan our trip to Arizona. Wouldn't you know? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

And so you know...: Back to School
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2012/09/back-to-school.html
And so you know. It was Ethan's first day of 6th grade this year. I have taken the same picture of him by the same tree every single first day of school every since preschool. He has grown, but I'm not so sure the tree has! My little boy is going to be turning 12 this December. How can this even be possible? His teacher is Mrs. Hayes and he loves 6th grade. Ethan is so positive about school this year and I am so grateful for that! And he is growing to be about a 1000 inches tall! Where is my little boy?

And so you know...: Happy Anniversary!
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2013/02/happy-anniversary.html
And so you know. In the interest of catching everyone up, I'll be periodically posting random and out-of-date entries instead of trying to do it all at once. Jonathan and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary this last December. Fifteen years! We celebrated by spending a couple days and nights at Daniels Summit Lodge. It's always hard to leave the kids behind, but it is easier knowing they are left in good hands and well taken care of. We will definitely snowmobile again, but I need to be better dres...

And so you know...: Miss Mischief
http://andsoyouknow.blogspot.com/2012/09/miss-mischief.html
And so you know. And now that the Menfolk are back at school? What has Blythe been up to? Well, she's not walking yet, nor is she standing. Nanny is pretty worried about this, but frankly I am counting my blessings. She already speed crawls so I don't even know what I will do once she starts walking - which I only imagine will quickly turn into running. Meanwhile, let's review what she is doing in the meantime. She's become a ham for the camera. Her favorite place to be. Blythe is keeping me busy! I love...
