Ericka's Weight Loss Blog. 01/09/2011} Back on track! I am finally back on track! I lost 1.8 pounds this week, and now I’m at an all-time loss total of 18.6 pounds down (267.6). I’m so happy. I had a terrible roller coaster ride the last month. Every week was up 2 pounds, down 2 pounds, up, down, and finally I had 2 losses in a row! I’m trying to remember to think healthy!
