A Kansas City strip steak is a tender cut of beef and usually well marbled. The only seasoning needed is salt and black pepper. Strip steaks are traditionally grilled and that is difficult if you have no outdoor grill and the weather would not allow it anyway. 1 tablespoon cooking oil. 1 tablespoon of butter.
