Mérida, México 2009. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Our trip to Uxmal. A favorite trip for many of us. Uxmal is another pre-Columbian Mayan city, like Chichen Itza was. It is beautiful there! The city was dedicated to the rain god, Chaac. After touring during the day, we got dinner and then went back for the sound and light show that night. Great last trip! Mérida, México 2009. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Ok, so we're no longer in Merida. I still wanted this to be documented though! Sorry I am slow.). We had a really fun trip to the cenotes at Cuzama! Mérida, México 2009. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Mérida temple and Itzimná ward. The Relief Society (La Sociedad de Socorro). We attended a local ward (barrio) in Merida- Itzimna ward. The church building is on the edge of a park that has a catholic church. The building is very nice! We also attended the temple twice while in Merida. Saturday, December 10, 2011. Day 5, 8 pm I'm starving! All day I did great! I didn't get hungry and I drank all my drink! I added a beet and a handful of spinach! Much better then the yogurt actually! But, now it's almost 8 and I really craving anything. Sweet, sour, salty, dry, juicy, sugary, meat.seriously just about anything! I had a small dinner and just now I had to have a second course, this time I had a turkey burger and moorrreee veggies. But, with 6 pounds lost.I refuse to give up!

Mérida, México 2009. Tuesday, August 4, 2009. One day we decided to do something really touristy and so we went on the Turibus! It is a tour bus that is a double decker bus like in England. It was very fun! The route took us through El Centro, down Paseo Montejo, and around various other important neighborhoods here in Mérida. We saw the most important museums, government buildings, cathedrals, hotels, etc. Since we sat on the top level, we also got hit by some tree branches several times!

Friday, December 9, 2011. 4th day of happiness. Well day four is done and 5 pounds has been lost! I will post NO "Lost" posters because I'm ready to never see it again! I am hungry today but not at all like yesterday! I tried a new ingredient in my shake, GREEK YOGURT! It put a little zinnggg to the shake. I'm so thankful for the support I have at home any moms amazing love for me and my success! I also can't believe my salt cravings haven't taken over! I'm doing good and plucking along :).

Thursday, December 8, 2011. Day three what a breeze. Today was so hard for me! I did great though! My shake didn't make me sick this morning thank heavens! My mom and I also went grocery shopping so I got a few more things to help with the variety! I am down 2.5 pounds which is awesome that means only about 7.5 more to go! I am contemplating just doing a week and going with what I lose at the end of the week but we will see! I honestly have no loss of energy or dizziness which is great!
