I woke up this morning, like many others, to the sad news that the King of Pop, Michael Jackson had died. I couldn't quite believe it, I thought I was dreaming. I was shocked and saddened. I have fond memories of listening to his music as a child along with my nextdoor neighbour. The music world has lost an icon, a legend, a superstar.

Friday, 26 September 2008. Well, only a few months and then its CHRISTMAS! LOLSo i thought i'd get into the christmas spirit a bit early by making a star wreath to hang on the tree. The star shape is the middle sized one on the star Sizzix die, cut out 10 stars in various, matching colours and patterns. Sunday, 11 January 2009. First Cards of 2009! Haven't been blogging for absolutley agess! Hope you all had a good Christmas and new year! These are my first birthday cards of 2009. They're pretty similar, but different at the same time lol. I used DCWV and Basic Grey 'Phoebe' papers for the background. I layered up the flowers and attached them together with brads. Monday, 26 May 2008. Birthday Cake Birthday Card. I made this birthday card for a friend that moved away last year.=(. I used funky, bright coloured papers in the backround, cake stamp, gems, ribbon and glitter! Oooooh, i lurrrrrv glitter! Sunday, 11 October 2009. First Challenge in quite a while:). This weeks Penny Black Saturday Challenge. Is buttons and bows. I love using bows and buttons anyway so I thought it would be good to enter this great challenge, as I havn't entered any for a long time. I love this stamp, just like all Penny Black stamps:) and finally I've got round to using it. I've coloured it in with Copics, added some cute buttons, ribbon and some pretty flowers. And of course some glitter on the image:).

I was inspired for this card from a magazine too, i used the pink themed christmas papers from DCWV for the background. The green circle cut out using the largest nestabilities circle. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Spring is here.well kinda we've gotten to see glimpses of it the last few days and I've been enjoying working outside. I went to a green house got some flowers and gardening supplies. I've jut been itching to put my junkin pieces to work. I use the mailbox to keep my tools and gloves in when not in use. I was so excited when I found the metal suitcase, I sprayed the bottom interior with spray sealer keep water from molding the padding. Location: Gardening fun with junk!
