With a brand new BBQ that was begging to be christened and my wife’s birthday around the corner, I knew it was the perfect chance for me to cook a few meals on the grill. I really wanted to cook up the perfect steak but had to think outside the box knowing a thick cut of red meat wouldn’t be her top choice for a birthday dinner, so I planned for a Steak and Fresh Veg Sandwich.
