Somedays I just don’t get it. How could someone talk shit behind your back, essentially do their best to undermine your reputation and hard work, turn around and smile and ask you to help them out when they are in a ditch? I must also admit, I don’t know how I just smile back and stay civil. I guess my mentors thought me well. For that I am grateful to have mentors in my life who teach me grace. Its #$% when you are in it, and hillarious when you are not. The focus on things that matter.

I made this gloop of quinoa, and green super foods powder. Super healthy, super Gloopy. Now to just get it down the gullet. I have lots of honey on hand. Safe to say I am never doing this gloop again. Update: I managed about 5 maybe 8 spoonfuls down the gullet the rest went down the drain. Good healthy riddanace! I stalk these blogs.
