The Wrongful Conviction Of Damiean Wicks. In Putnam County Georgia, Damiean Wicks was falsely arrested in February 2013 on two counts of aggravated assault. In May of 2014, Damiean was tried, convicted and sentenced (all on the same day), by Judge Hugh V. Wingfield, III. His sentence is two twenty year terms which run concurrently.
