2006年11月中旬加害男児Ａが、被害女児を誘い、他の男児もいるところに女児が遊びに行った。しばらくゲームなどをして遊んでいたが、Ａが被害女児を別室に呼び出し強い口調でズボンと下着を脱ぐように命じた。被害女児は、怖くなり言われた通りに脱いだところ、露出させた下半身を触る、舐める、指を挿入するなどの性的暴行が起きた。後に加害男児は「アダルトビデオと同じことがしてみたかった」と語っている。 2006年11月下旬加害男児Ａは、被害女児に対し、石を投げる・足を蹴飛ばすなどの虐めを始める。週刊実話の報道によれば、それだけに留まらず、Ａの友人である女児も含む複数の児童からの暴行を受けている。その暴行の中には、スカートや下着を脱がされ、下半身をあらわにするなどもあった。被害女児は、石をぶつけられたことを担任に報告し、更にＡにされた事を友人女児Ｂに相談。 2006年12月 8日Ｂから話しを聞いた、Ｂの保護者が担任教師に知らせる。学校側は、初めて最初の暴行を知ることとなる。なお、この日は金曜日であった。
