Monday, July 6, 2015. We started the fourth off with a run (D,C, &E). Then a wet hike. While the older 2 reveled in the rain and wet, gooey, cold mud, Iris kept up her refrain of, "I like to sit," "riding in cars is better." And she couldn't get her mind off the quesadillas that awaited her. So the 2 of us stared up early and waited for the others while enjoying. Homemade blue corn tortillas filled with Oaxacan cheese. Makes my mouth water. I also got Huitlacoche: mold that grows on corn.
