February 16, 2012. I hope everyone had a fun Valentines Day! Here’s what we did:. The kids got up early to open the valentines that Eric and I gave them. Stuffed animals and books. They especially loved the animals. Then we had heart shaped toast for breakfast and hurried to get ready for school. All three kids were excited for their valentine parties at school. September 28, 2012. More zoo pictures…. We visited the zoo again a few weeks ago, and I never posted the pictures from our visit. Our season pass will come to an end soon. I definitely think we got our money’s worth. The kids favorite thing at the zoo is the new Rocky Shores exhibit. They love the playful polar bear and the seals. John loves the bears, but we have never gotten a very good look at them. The cats were very active on this visit. Is it the cooler weather? Posted by Eric and Maryn.

January 26, 2012. Yesterday the boys got to go on a field trip to the Treehouse Museum with their preschool. They had an awesome time and can’t wait to go again. October 1, 2012. We went on a field trip to Black Island Farms with the preschool last week. It is always one of our favorites. The boys had such a good time. June 27, 2012. Summer so far…. Summer is flying by! Here are a few pictures of how we’ve been keeping busy. Here are the kids hangin’ by the pool with their cousins. Meet Colette, our new cousin. The kids already love her so much. Especially Ellie! We got to go to the dry farm one Saturday. The kids loved playing on the playground. They especially loved the teeter-totters. October 29, 2011. Ellie’s Birthday Party. For Ellie’s birthday party this year we invited our family over to play games and have cake and ice cream. It was such a fun evening. We are lucky to have such a big and supportive family. Ellie felt so special. I loved it. Ellie got some really nice gifts. She got the new Barbie and the Princess Charm school doll that she wanted as well as the movie, she got Orbeez (worst toy ever), and Sorry!
