This year though, the only times we could go were really rainy or after it had been rainy. We decided to go anyways and try to bear the crowds. The girls had a great time! The other day the girls were filling their watering buckets up with water and I decided to squirt them with the water hose. They loved it! So we then got out the sprinkler and changed into bathing suits and let them run and play in it for a while. Makenzie stood under the water until she started shivering and I made her get out! We got to spend another day on the lake with the Crouses last weekend. The weather was perfect for the occasion and all had a great time! This year the girls really loved going out on the boat too. our great Thai adventure
Our great Thai adventure. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. A few weekends ago we flew down to Phuket. It was a great little flight out of UTAPO (think i have that right) out of Pattaya so we didn't have to do the drive up to Bangkok. Landed into Phuket airport and grabbed a taxi down to the hotel. Note, i must learn to have some sort of motion sickness meds for taxi rides as I got super sick just on the drive. Terrible driver. A private boat we will be taking next time! Sunday, December 30, 2012. What's more adorable than children all bundled up in their snow gear? The kids were overly excited to get to go play in the snow this week. Its not very often that they actually get to be home when it snows. It may be around for more than a few days it seems, cause baby its COLD outside!
