Mindfulness and Body-Centered Psychotherapy. Method, a mindfulness-based experiential body-centered psychotherapy. I am also a certified EMDR therapist. Prior to earning a masters and becoming licensed I worked for several years in direct-care positions in residential treatment centers and psychiatric hospitals. In addition to doing therapy I teach Psychology at The Metropolitan State University of Denver. I’m honored to teach at my alma mater and find it very rewarding.
